Between the individual and the collective, friction and erosion occurs naturally, undeniable and unavoidable. Extraneous pressure creates a struggle within, giving a voice to defeat.

BAUR appears as an opaque manifestation of this pressure.
An auditory manifestation of petty and miserable thoughts. Beaten by the here and there, estranged from all sides – a delirious laughter to the crescendo of failure that aggravates the ears.

This personification is irrelevant, ignored.
Like fragments of a bad dream.

In this dream appears a faint vision of a tunnel.

Trapped in a deafening suffocation, faint flashes of light appear as a guide within the desperation.
Sucked in further, coiled and cramped, the light begins to diminish.
A head pounding sensation which fatigues the eyes.
Disappearing without a trace, swallowed by time.

Menyuarakan ciri-ciri kecundangan seringkali berupa desakan dari dalam. Gerusan dan gesekan antar yang individu dan yang jamak seringkali menjadikan itu sebagai keharusan yang tidak terpungkiri.

BAUR hadir sebagai wujud buram dari tekanan itu. Si yang kalah dengan yang sana sini dan asing dari yang kanan kiri - manifestasi bunyi dari sudut pikiran kecil dan dekil, tawa atas rasa kalah yang menggatalkan telinga.

Personifikasi ini dianggap tidak relevan, terhiraukan. Seperti mimpi buruk dari masa lampau yang menghantui.

Mimpi berada di lorong.

Rasa sesak yang gegap gempita, samar-samar titik cahaya putih menjadi panduan.

Tumpuk beluwek.

Makin jauh terhisap, cahaya meredup. Terlilit dan terhimpit. Bagi sebagian, sensasi ini dapat mendera kepala dan mengusamkan mata.

Menuju kehilangan tak berbekas ditelan zaman.
